Agreement

By using WolfPack Bets (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

WolfPack Bets is a recreational golf scorekeeping and pack-management web app. Features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Accounts

  • You may play as a guest without an account; data stays primarily on your device.
  • Members receive one personal pack for cloud backup. You are responsible for your username, password, and pack address.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service lawfully and respectfully.
  • Do not upload false, harassing, or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to break security, overload servers, or access another member’s cloud pack without permission.
  • Do not scrape or republish others’ pack data beyond what they have made public through in-app sharing controls.

Your content

You retain ownership of the scores, rosters, and other data you enter. By saving to cloud or enabling public sharing, you grant us permission to store and display that data as needed to operate the Service (see the Privacy Policy).

You are responsible for obtaining consent from players whose personal details (name, email, phone, etc.) you store in a pack.

Public sharing

Pack-level toggles and per-round visibility settings control what others can import or view. Turning on public access means people with your pack address—or, for public rounds, anyone with a link—may see the data you expose.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee accurate handicaps, settlements, or league standings. Verify results among your group before relying on them for money games or competitions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WolfPack Bets and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, lost data, or disputes among players. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of zero or amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free use).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account where the app provides that option. We may discontinue features or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date on this page shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
